TRAINING PROGRAMS...

The Physique Shop offers customized training programs available to aid in your fat loss, muscle gain, or over-all fitness journey. The Physique Shop utilizes a science-based approach to strength and conditioning and incorporates a multitude of training methodologies dependent upon your goals. Some of its programs include daily undulating periodization, linear periodization, aerobic capacity training, circuit training, cardio recommendations, etc.

No gym? No problem. The Physique Shop offers programming for individuals who tend to be on the go more often than not, or simply don't have access to a training facility. There are endless possibilities to train with just your body alone. 

No matter your schedule, fitness goals, or available gym equipment (or lack thereof), The Physique Shop will create a program that works best for you!
